In our construction and industrial machinery business, we have expanded our operations in construction and industrial machinery, defense vehicles, and semiconductor manufacturing equipment, building on a long-standing relationship of trust with Komatsu, a global leader in advanced technology, and our proprietary production system, supporting critical social infrastructure.
We handle a wide range of components, including metal and non-metal, prototypes, and mass-produced items. Through an integrated production system covering planning, domestic and international material procurement, processing, assembly, quality assurance, and delivery, we support customers with high-value-added QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery).
Construction and Industrial Machinery
Since establishing the Kaga Office (now Komatsu Branch) in 2005, we have built a solid relationship of trust with Komatsu, a global leader in construction machinery. We have since expanded transactions with major domestic construction and industrial machinery manufacturers, with a proven track record in producing a wide variety of components, from individual parts to assemblies.
Our unique nationwide supplier network enables the production of products from various materials, including iron, aluminum, stainless steel, rubber, sponge, and resin, using optimal processes. From single screws to assemblies with hundreds of components, small-batch production, and special surface treatments, we excel in solving customer challenges.
Defense
We manufacture components for defense vehicles. Stable, long-term manufacturing plans are essential for defense vehicles, and we conduct our operations with a focus on future defense needs, contributing to maintaining peace and safety in society.
We have extensive transaction experience with domestic defense component suppliers, handling a wide range of products, including exterior and interior components, functional parts, and assemblies. Our ability to plan and produce challenging items, such as specialized processing, small-batch production, and reproduction of discontinued parts, through our unique production system is a significant strength.
Semiconductors
Semiconductors are now indispensable for daily life and social infrastructure. With the advancement of digitalization, the semiconductor market continues to expand, driving demand for semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
At our Komatsu Branch, we leverage experience and expertise gained from manufacturing components for construction and industrial machinery and defense vehicles to produce parts. Additionally, the Komatsu Branch plans to establish a new facility in spring 2026, investing in new equipment to enhance our ability to meet higher quality demands.
